Sergio
Enterprise field service management built by tradespeople, for tradespeople.
The Problem
Field service businesses—window cleaners, contractors, trades—are held hostage by subscription software charging $300-500/month for features they don't need and workflows that don't match how they actually work. These platforms are built by software companies who've never worn a tool belt, never run a route, never invoiced from a ladder.
Sergio exists because the founder spent 15 years in the window cleaning industry and got sick of paying Jobber's fees for software that fought against his workflow instead of supporting it.
The Solution
Sergio is a comprehensive FSM platform built from ground truth—starting with window cleaning and expanding to multi-trade verticals. Every feature exists because it solved a real problem in actual field operations.

Security & Enterprise Features
7-layer authentication system with tenant isolation, biometric authentication on mobile (fingerprint/face), row-level security ensuring complete data separation between companies, 30-minute inactivity timeout with tamper-resistant session management, hardware-backed AES256 encryption on mobile devices, granular role-based access control (19 distinct permissions), complete audit logging for compliance.
What Makes Sergio Different
Built by someone who's actually done the work
The route optimization understands that you can't just draw straight lines between jobs—you need to account for equipment loading, site-specific access requirements, and the reality that some buildings take longer than the schedule suggests.
Offline-first is non-negotiable
Field technicians work in areas with spotty coverage. Sergio's mobile apps function completely offline, syncing automatically when connectivity returns. This isn't a feature—it's fundamental architecture.
Native mobile, not web wrappers
Real iOS and Android apps built with platform-native tools for performance, battery efficiency, and integration with device capabilities (CarPlay, biometrics, background location).
Price transparency
No hidden fees, no surprise charges. Subscription tiers are straightforward and scale with business size, not arbitrary "enterprise" pricing that forces upgrade calls.
Current Status
Active development across all platforms. iOS app targeting App Store release Q4 2025. Android app in final testing. Web platform in production serving pilot customers. Built as a bootstrapped alternative to venture-backed FSM incumbents—prioritizing sustainable business model over growth-at-all-costs.
